Introduction to Uniprost 250mg Tablet
Uniprost 250mg Tablet contains the active constituent abiraterone acetate. It is used in adult men to treat prostate cancer, which has spread to other parts of the body. It is usually given with steroid medication to lower the chances of side effects. When Uniprost 250mg Tablet is prescribed for an early stage of this disorder, it is used with testosterone lowering treatment. This medicine is not for use in women or children. Effective contraception must be taken throughout the treatment. This medicine contains lactose and sodium, inform your physician if you have lactose intolerance or on a salt control diet.
Inform to the physician if the patients have liver problems, high blood pressure, heart disorders, low blood potassium, diabetes, allergic conditions, or other diseases. Make sure to inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start the treatment with this medication. The most common side effects of this medication are fluid in feet or legs, high blood pressure, and diarrhea. A decrease in red blood cells and reduced sex drive may also occur with the intake of Uniprost 250mg Tablet. This medicine should not be taken with Ra-223, which is used to treat prostate cancer.

How to consume Uniprost 250mg Tablet
Uniprost 250mg Tablet medicine should always be consumed as per the direction of your physician or pharmacist. The drug should be taken by mouth. It should not be taken with food. Swallow the tablets whole with water without breaking them. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and must not be eaten for at least 1 hour after taking the medicine. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not touch this medication without gloves.
