Adgram 3mg Injection belongs to the group of medicines known as 5-HT3 receptor antagonists or antiemetics. It contains the active ingredient Granisetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, or sickness caused by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or after surgery. Nausea is characterized by stomach pain and the urge to vomit. The forcible voluntary or involuntary emptying of the stomach's contents through the mouth is known as vomiting.
