Alfusin T 5mg tablet is a combination medicine containing tamsulosin and tadalafil, which belong to the group of alpha-blockers and phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, respectively. It is prescribed to address lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia and treat erectile dysfunction during sexual stimulation. In addition, alfuzosin in this medication improves sexual function in men with ejaculatory dysfunction, making it a drug of choice in sexually active men.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) arises from insufficient blood flow, leading to the inability to sustain an erection during sexual stimulation.
