Introduction to Atranza 10mg Capsule
Atranza 10mg capsule is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Tretinoin. It belongs to the medication class known as retinoids, similar to vitamin A. It is used to treat a kind of blood issue called acute promyelocytic leukemia which slow down the growth of diseased blood cells.
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Tretinoin or any of the other substances of this medicine if you take other medicine like vitamin A, tetracyclines, or retinoids (Isotretinoin, Acitretin, Tazarotene). Avoid taking peanuts and soya, as this medicine contains soya bean oil. Talk to your doctor if you have other health conditions or ever had or have mental health problems like depression, mood change, or aggressive behavior because taking this medicine may affect your mood.
Before taking this medicine, inform your healthcare professional if you are planning to get pregnant or pregnant or breastfeeding. Should not get pregnant even after stopping the medicine for one month. Use effective contraception. Notify your doctor if you are allergic or intolerant to some sugar, as this medicine contains sorbitol. There is limited information available on the use of this medicine in children. Contact your doctor for more information. Report to your doctor immediately if you experience any side effects such as fever, chest or back pain, difficulty breathing, or fever.

Therapeutic Effects of Atranza 10mg Capsule
Atranza 10mg capsule binds to the fusion protein and breaks down the protein, making the immature blood cells differentiate into mature white blood cells (WBC). This helps restore normal blood cell production and reduces the number of abnormal cells present in blood and bone marrow.
Interaction of Atranza 10mg Capsule with other drugs
Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications such as Low dose progestogens (birth pill), Isotretinoin, Acitretin, Tazarotene, and other medications may interact with Atranza 10mg capsule and can cause undesirable side effects.
