Bkdol T 50mg Tablet is an opioid painkiller medication consisting of the active ingredient Tapentadol. It is prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain in adults. It relieves headache, muscular pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, backache, toothache, and throat pain. Pain is an emotional and unpleasant sensation caused by actual or potential tissue injury. 

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, itching, and constipation are common side effects of Bkdol T 50mg Tablet. Inform your healthcare provider if these side effects disturb you or persist. Adolescents and young children under 18 should not use it.  

Before starting treatment with this medication, let your physician know if you have any gastrointestinal or lung conditions. It is not recommended if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman. Avoid alcohol during treatment with this medication as it causes dependency, drowsiness, respiratory depression, coma, and may impair mental alertness.
