Introduction to Hepcdac 60mg Tablet
Hepcdac 60mg tablet contains the active ingredient Daclatasvir. It is an antiviral drug that belongs to a group of medicines called hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5A inhibitors. It is used along with another medication to treat a certain type of chronic hepatitis C (an ongoing viral infection that damages the liver). It works by stopping the virus that causes hepatitis C from spreading inside the body.Â
Do not take Hepcdac 60mg tablet if you are allergic to Daclatasvir or any of the other ingredients. This medicine must always be used in combination with other medicines against hepatitis C infection. Inform your doctor if you have an irregular heartbeat or liver injury before initiating the treatment. Report to your doctor if you have shortness of breath, lightheadedness, palpitations, and fainting while taking this medicine.
Hepcdac 60mg tablet is not recommended for patients below 18 years of age. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Use effective contraception during the treatment. The common side effects of this treatment are headache, tiredness, anemia, and nausea.

How to consume Hepcdac 60mg Tablet
It is an orally available prescription drug. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of Hepcdac 60mg tablet based on the disease condition and other factors such as body weight and age. Always take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Take the tablet at the same time, with or without food. Do not break, chew, crush, or break the tablet. Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.Â

 ÂBreastfeeding is not recommended in patients taking Hepcdac 60mg tablet because the medicine passes into the breast milk in small amounts and may harm your baby. Do not breastfeed during the treatment.

 ÂIt is unknown whether Hepcdac 60mg tablet is safe to be administered in patients with lung diseases. Inform your physician if you have any lung diseases before initiating the therapy.

 ÂHepcdac 60mg tablet is safe when administered in patients with liver diseases. Dose adjustments are not necessary. However, inform your physician if you have any liver diseases before initiating the therapy.

Alcohol
