Introduction to Imulast 200mg Tablet

Imulast 200mg Tablet consists of Hydroxychloroquine as an active ingredient. It is a medication used for several decades to treat and prevent malaria. It also manages certain autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. However, it gained significant attention in early 2020 due to its potential use in treating COVID-19. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was much speculation and debate about the effectiveness of Imulast 200mg Tablet as a treatment for the disease. Some early laboratory studies and reports suggested that it might have antiviral properties and be useful in reducing the severity of COVID-19 symptoms.

In some cases, Imulast 200mg Tablet is also used as a steroid-sparing agent, allowing for a reduction in the dosage of corticosteroids used to manage these conditions. This medication helps reduce skin sensitivity to sunlight and minimize the occurrence of skin rashes or lesions triggered by UV exposure. Individuals with pre-existing retinal or visual field changes and previous blood disorders should exercise caution when considering Imulast 200mg Tablet therapy.
