Introduction to Intapime-tz 1.125g Injection
Intapime TZ 1.125G Injection contains active components called Tazobactam and Cefepime. It is used to treat various types of bacterial infections, including pneumonia( lung infection with fever, cough, and breathing difficulties.), urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, intra-abdominal infections, bone and joint infections, sepsis (life-threatening infection-triggered inflammation.), and meningitis( inflammation of brain and spinal cord membranes). It is effective against a wide range of bacteria, including both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. People who are allergic to Tazobactam + Cefepime or any of its ingredients should avoid using it. It should also be used cautiously in people with kidney or liver disease. People with a history of seizures or other neurological disorders or people who are taking other medications that can interact with this medication, such as warfarin or probenecid. Tazobactam + Cefepime can be used safely in older adults, but it is important to monitor kidney function and adjust the dosage accordingly.

It works by preventing the bacteria from forming the cell wall that they need to survive. Tazobactum is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by preventing bacteria from breaking down Cefepime.
