Introduction to Myhb 2mg Tablet
Myhb 2mg Tablet is a chemotherapy medicine containing the active constituent Pomalidomide. It belongs to the group of medications known as Immuno modulatory agents. It is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults. Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer mainly affecting certain white blood cells called the plasma cell. These cells grow uncontrolled and accumulate in the bone marrow, damaging the bones and kidneys. Â
The common side effects that are likely to associate with Myhb 2mg Tablet are shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, back and bone pain, dizziness, tremor, upper respiratory tract infection, sleeping trouble, loss of appetite, lack of energy, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling or burning sensation, the low potassium level in the blood and anemia. Inform your doctor if these side effects disturb or persist in you. Â
Inform your medical professional if you are allergic to Myhb 2mg Tablet and its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have high cholesterol levels, heart disorders, breathing problems, blood clot disorders, hepatitis B infection, neuropathy (Pain in hands or feet caused by nerve damage), or if you smoke before taking this chemotherapy medicine. It is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age.Â

Therapeutic Effects of Myhb 2mg Tablet
Myhb 2mg Tablet works by stimulating the immune system to attack the cancer cells, stopping the formation of blood vessels supplying the cancer cells, and preventing the growth of cancer cells (myeloma cells).
Interaction of Myhb 2mg Tablet with other drugs
Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements and herbal products that you are taking or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Myhb 2mg tablet and can cause potential side effects.

- Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.
How to consume Myhb 2mg Tablet
Always take Myhb 2mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the tablet as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablets.

Myhb 2mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on the unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.

 ÂIt is not recommended to use during breastfeeding as it is unknown if Myhb 2mg Tablet passes into breast milk and harms the baby.

Lungs
 Â
It is unknown whether Myhb 2mg tablet can be given to patients with lung disorders. Consult your doctor if you have any lung problems before starting the treatment.Â

Liver
  Myhb 2mg Tablet is used with caution in severe liver disease patients. A dose adjustment is required. Your physician will perform blood tests to monitor your liver function during treatment with this medication.

Alcohol
 ÂIt is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Myhb 2mg Tablet. Please consult your doctor.

Driving
  Do not drive or operate heavy machines while taking Myhb 2mg Tablet, as it can cause tiredness, dizziness, and confusion.Â
Side Effects of Myhb 2mg Tablet
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.Â
Serious:
- Low white blood cells
- Bleeding or bruising
- Severe or bloody diarrhea
- Blood clots (chest or leg pain, swelling)
- Severe liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark-brow color urine, abdominal Pain)
- Severe allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing)Â

- Nausea, vomiting
- Dizziness, tremor
- Low potassium level in the blood (hypokalaemia)
- Back pain, bone pain
- Diarrhea, constipation

- Numbness, tingling, or burning sensation in the skin, Pain in hands or feet

Word of Advice
It is recommended to take effective birth control for at least 4 weeks before beginning treatment, during treatment, and at least 4 weeks after stopping Myhb 2mg Tablet treatment. Women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant should not use this medication. Handle this medication with disposable gloves since it may come into contact with the skin. Do not share Myhb 2mg Tablet with others even if they have the same symptoms as you have, since it may cause birth defects and other serious problems. It is advised to refrain from donating blood or sperm both during treatment and for seven days after treatment with this drug.

Take your missed Myhb 2mg Tablet dose as soon as you remember if it has been less than 12 hours since your usual time. Skip the dose you missed if it has been more than 12 hours. Do not take two doses at the same time.
Q 8. I am suffering from a Hepatitis B virus infection. Can I take Myhb 2mg Tablet?
Myhb 2mg Tablet should not be used in patients with hepatitis B virus infection. Myhb 2mg Tablet treatment may reactivate the hepatitis B virus in people who have the virus, resulting in a recurrence of the infection.
