Nostof 500mg injection should not be taken if you have allergies to Cefazolin sodium, other cephalosporin antibacterial drugs, penicillins, other beta-lactam drugs, or any of the medication's ingredients. Before taking the medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of intestinal disorders, particularly colitis (bowel inflammation), kidney problems, or if you are following a low-sodium diet.
Nostof 500mg injection is not recommended for premature infants or infants under one month of age. The safety of this medication in such cases has not been established. Talk to your doctor regarding the necessity of using additional contraception while taking Cefazolin Sandoz because certain antibiotics can potentially reduce the effectiveness of certain birth control pills.
