Introduction to Ran-od 300mg Tablet
Ran-OD 300mg tablet contains the active ingredients Ranitidine. It belongs to the family of medications known as the H2 receptor antagonist. This medication treats heartburn, indigestion, and acid indigestion and reduces the amount of acid the stomach produces. It is used for treating and preventing stomach ulcers. It also treats duodenal (small intestine) ulcers. Before starting the treatment with this medication, inform your doctor if you are more than 65 years of age.Â
Do not consume Ran-OD 300mg tablet if you are allergic to Ranitidine or its other ingredients. Notify your doctor if you have liver or kidney conditions. Before starting treatment with this medicine, notify your doctor if you have diabetes, immune system problems, acute porphyria, or a history of stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer. Â
Nausea, headache, stomach pain, and constipation are common side effects of Ran-OD 300mg tablet. This medication contains castor oil which may cause stomach upset and diarrhea. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant or breastfeeding.
