Introduction to Sequadra 110/50mcg Inhaler

Sequadra 110/50mcg inhaler contains active components called Glycopyrrolate and  Indacaterol. It is used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD). COPD is a lung disease that causes inflammation and airways narrowing, making breathing difficult. This medication  is used to relieve the symptoms of chronic bronchitis, such as cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath. It is used to relieve the symptoms of emphysema( lung damage causing breathing difficulties due to the destruction of air sacs), such as shortness of breath and wheezing.

Sequadra 110/50mcg inhaler should be avoided  in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. It should not be used in patients with cardiomyopathy, severe aortic stenosis, unstable angina pectoris, and tachyarrhythmia. It should worsen the condition in patients with severe renal impairment and untreated narrow-angle glaucoma. It should be used cautiously in patients with conditions like mild to moderate aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, history of myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, conduction disturbances, hyperthyroidism, and diabetes mellitus.
