Introduction to Siropan 1mg Tablet

Siropan 1mg Tablet is an immunosuppressant medication containing the active ingredient called Sirolimus.  It helps prevent organ rejection in people who had a kidney transplant in combination with other medications. Following an organ transplant, our body’s immune system will try to reject the new organ. This medication controls the body’s immune response to accept the transplanted organ.

It also treats a rare lung disorder called S-LAM (sporadic lymphangioleiomyomatosis). The most common symptom of this disease is shortness of breath. Before taking this medication, you need to talk to your physician if you have liver disorders, intolerance to some sugars, a family history of skin cancer, high cholesterol, or other diseases. Siropan 1mg Tablet is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age.

Avoid drinking grapefruit juice and eating grapefruits while taking this medication. Limit exposure to the sun while taking this medication. Use sunscreen with high SPF (sun protection factor) and wear protective clothing when you go outside. Avoid live vaccines during the treatment with Siropan 1mg Tablet.
