Spye 3MIU Tablet works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. It binds to the 50S ribosomal subunit, blocking the translocation step in protein production. This action halts bacterial growth, making Spye 3MIU Tablet is bacteriostatic at lower concentrations and bactericidal at higher concentrations. It effectively targets gram-positive bacteria, atypical pathogens, and protozoa such as Toxoplasma gondii.

Spye 3MIU Tablet is generally safe when used as directed.
