Introduction to Verquvo 10mg Tablet
Verquvo 10mg tablet contains the active substance Vericiguat. It is a cardiovascular agent that belongs to the class of medications called soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator. It is used to reduce the risk of death and the need for hospitalization in certain adults with heart failure. Heart failure occurs when your heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to your body. Common symptoms of heart failure are shortness of breath, tiredness, or swelling caused by fluid build-up.Â
Do not take Verquvo 10mg tablet if you are allergic to Vericiguat or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your physician if you have low blood pressure with symptoms like dizziness or light-headedness, severe liver or kidney problems, and if you are on dialysis. This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting the treatment. Â
Do not stop taking this medicine without informing your doctor because it may worsen your condition. The most common side effects of Verquvo 10mg tablet are low blood pressure and anemia. Use effective contraception during the treatment and one month after your last dose. If you cannot swallow the tablet whole, it may be crushed and mixed with after immediately before administration.

Verquvo 10mg tablet is a soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator (an important enzyme in the nitric oxide signaling pathway). Heart failure is associated with impaired synthesis of nitric oxide and decreased activity of this enzyme, which may contribute to myocardial and vascular dysfunction. This medicine works by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs to allow blood to flow easily.Â

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription, over-the-counter, vaccines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications interact with Verquvo 10mg tablet and reduce their effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects.Â

How to consume Verquvo 10mg Tablet
Always use this medicine as exactly prescribed by your doctor. Depending on the condition being treated, your physician decides the dose, dosage, and duration of the treatment. Take the tablet at the same time every day with food. If you cannot swallow the tablet, you can crush it and mix it with water. Take the mixture immediately.Â

 ÂIt is not known whether Verquvo 10mg tablet can be used in patients with lung disorders. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.

Liver
 ÂVerquvo 10mg tablet is safe in patients with mild to moderate liver problems. Dose adjustments are not necessary if you have liver problems. Inform your physician if you have any severe liver disease before initiating the therapy.

Alcohol
 ÂIt is not known whether consuming alcohol is safe while taking Verquvo 10mg tablet. Consult your physician for more advice.

Driving
