Therapeutic Effects of Vymada 100mg Tablet
Sacubitril is a prodrug metabolized to the active metabolite, which inhibits neprilysin, thereby increasing levels of peptides (such as natriuretic peptides). It works to help control blood volume. Valsartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that selectively blocks the AT1 receptor and inhibits angiotensin-II-dependent aldosterone release. It works by blocking the action of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.Â
