The U.S. FDA approved Carboprost tromethamine  in 2019. Carboprost tromethamine is  known as synthetic prostaglandin. It is used to treat postpartum (after giving birth) bleeding caused by atony of the uterus (soft and weak uterus after childbirth) in women. It is not a self-administered medicine; your doctor will decide the dosage of the drug based on your health history under proper monitoring of your health condition.
