Introduction to Koza91 Lotion

Koza91 lotion Solution contains active components of palmitoylethanolamide, urea, and peppermint oil. It treats uremic pruritis (chronic itchy sensation) in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hemodialysis patients. It also treats atopic dermatitis (a condition characterized by red, itchy, and dry skin) in CKD patients. Palmitoylethanolamide decreases dryness and itching; urea moisturizes the skin; peppermint oil is a soothing and cooling agent.

Before using this solution, you must talk to your physician if you are using other topical medicines. Generally, it does not cause any irritation. Stop using the solution if any irritation occurs. In case the irritation persists, contact your dermatologist. Inform your doctor of any skin disease or other underlying medical conditions.

Therapeutic Effects of Koza91 Lotion

Koza91 lotion reduces the overactivation of mast cells, preventing excessive immune responses that cause itching. It inhibits the release of histamines, which contribute to skin irritation. Simultaneously, the solution decreases inflammatory markers and cytokines, reducing redness and swelling. It has an antinociceptive effect, acting as a pain reliever. Stimulating the skin's cold receptors creates a cooling sensation and dilates blood vessels, improving blood flow. This dual action acts as an effective analgesic and functions as a soothing coolant when applied topically. The solution addresses skin barrier function issues by boosting lipid synthesis, making the skin more resilient. It also enhances skin hydration, ensuring your skin feels nourished and moisturized.

Interaction of Koza91 Lotion with other drugs

Inform your doctor if you are taking topical medications before using Koza91 lotion solution to avoid undesirable side effects.
