Introduction to Dejac-t Tablet
Dejac-T Tablet is a combination medicine containing the active components of tadalafil and dapoxetine, which belong to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), respectively. This medication is prescribed for adult men of ages 18 - 64 to address erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. An erection that is not strong enough for sexual engagement can be a result of erectile dysfunction. Men who ejaculate too soon and with minimal sexual arousal are said to be experiencing premature ejaculation. It helps people delay premature ejaculation and help them achieve and maintain good erections for sexual activities.
Children and teenagers less than the age of eighteen should not use this medication. It is not intended for use in women. Avoid taking Dejac-T Tablet if you are allergic to dapoxetine hydrochloride, tadalafil, or any of its components.
It is not recommended to use this medication if you have had a heart attack within the last three months, have low blood pressure, have mental health problems such as depression or mania, has a history of bleeding or blood clotting problems, or suffer from significant liver or renal impairment. Before beginning this treatment, tell your doctor about your condition and give them a thorough history of all your medications.

Engaging in sexual activity can increase cardiac strain; if you get any symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness, or chest discomfort during intercourse, stop immediately and seek medical attention. If you experience prolonged and painful erections, immediate medical attention is necessary to prevent permanent erectile dysfunction. After taking the drug, if you feel dizzy, sit or lie down to avoid falling owing to low blood pressure. Consuming grapefruit juice for 24 hours before taking this medication is not recommended as it may raise the concentration of this medication in your body.
