Introduction to Staquis 20mg Ointment

Staquis 20mg ointment contains an active component called crisaborole. It belongs to the class of medicines called phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitors. This drug is used to treat mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (itchy inflammation of the skin) in adult and patients with two years of age. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to staquis 20mg ointment or any of the ingredients present in them.

 

It is recommended to avoid swimming or bathing for at least four 4 hours after the application of Staquis 20mg ointment. It is recommended only for external use (applied on skin). Inform your doctor if you have any skin problems before applying the ointment. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant while breastfeeding.

Staquis 20mg ointment inhibits phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4), results in increased intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels, and suppresses the release of pro-inflammatory factors, which is responsible for atopic dermatitis.
